Our Services are:
The Downtown Centre Guidance Service aims to connect adult learners (aged 18+) with third level learning opportunities in the Shannon region and further afield.
The workshops will introduce you to some of the skills which are required to cope effectively at third level. Session are interactive and enjoyable.
The Certificate in General Studies
This certificate programme will not be available in 2012/13.

- Holistic Healthcare for the 21st Century
- The Holistic Centre of Excellence will give a public talk entitled "Holistic Healthcare for the 21st Century" in the Downtown Centre on Friday 22nd March at 10.00am. The talk will be followed by free taster sessions of holistic therapies with 10 therapists. All are welcome, especially those looking for alternative healthcare options and treatments or training programmes. Medical professionals wishing to explore holistic therapies are also very welcome. - As part of the Limerick Lifelong Learning Festival 2013, Dr Stephen Kinsella of the Kemmy Business School, UL, will present a public lecture entitled "Greed is Good" at the Downtown Centre on Thursday 21st March from 7.00pm - 8.30pm. All are welcome. Read More
