About the workshops

Are you an adult learner (18+) considering applying to third-level education? What information do you need to help you make that decision? What academic or personal skills will you need to help you on your learning journey?
 
The Downtown Centre's Information Evenings and Return to Learning Workshops will hopefully fill in some of those information gaps and will introduce you to some of the skills which are required to cope effectively at third level. The focus of these sessions is on giving you the confidence to make your decision about progressing to third-level education.

Each session is designed to be interactive and enjoyable and will be delivered by staff who work in and with local third level colleges. There is no charge for the seminars and all adult learners are welcome. You are welcome to attend all workshops and information evenings, or just those which are most relevant to you.
 
All sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings, from 6.30pm - 8.00 or 8.30pm in the Downtown Centre, George's Quay, Limerick.
